SoundEssence I

Working with breath, tone, the elements of various sounds, energy, and movement, you will develop the voice in a new way, learn to pay attention to the energy inside the sound, and bring forth the "essence" of your True Self. This is the HEART-VOICE: a distinct quality in the vibration of your voice, the major effects of which are a sense of well-being, increased health, and better communication at all levels.

SoundEssence II

This is an advanced series involving sound and color, overtoning, and the vibrations of health, well-being, and consciousness.
